Returns & refunds overview
Makes me healthy & our sellers are totally dedicated to making sure that you love the products that you purchase. Once you buy any product you have 14 days from the date you receive the delivery to let the seller know if you are not satisfied with your order. If you are a consumer based in the EU, you will be entitled to the benefit of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and will be entitled to cancel or return goods. Please see the Seller’s terms for more details.
How to cancel an order or return an item?
It’s easy to manage your orders and contact sellers from the account section. In your Makes me healthy account section select the “Orders” link Find the order you have a query on and click “Contact seller” Get in touch with the seller and explain in as much detail as possible the problem and why you would like to return your item.
If you will be returning your order, please pack the products securely, preferably with the original packing you received and we recommend you used a signed for delivery service. You will have to pay for the delivery cost of the return. If your product is a food product or supplement and has been opened or used unfortunately you will be unable to return it.
Our team at Makes me healthy, our great sellers & courier partners want to make sure that you receive your products on time. If in the unlikely event there is a problem, don't worry!
When you purchase on Makes me healthy you will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched and you can check the status of orders in your account section.
If after reasonable delivery time you still haven't received your order then we suggest that you contact the seller and inform them of the issue. If the parcel cannot be located by the delivery courier then you will be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
