Question What is the correct Ashwagandha dosage?

For dosing we would recommend taking one 300mg capsule twice daily, once with breakfast and once just before bed. Ashwagandha, dosage and times of use opinions vary greatly. Some herbalists recommend taking in the morning with breakfast to give you an energy boost. Whereas others like to take close to bed time, and experience sleeping more soundly and awaking feeling much more refreshed. When you are taking Ashwagandha for the first time, begin with small doses – maybe one capsule a day in the morning with breakfast. Observe any changes that you experience and, if needed, increase your dosage every few weeks to get to a stage where you are taking one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with a meal. The bottom line is everyone's body and responses are unique and it is best to experiment with doses in the mornings and evenings to see what suits you the best.

Question I think Ashwagandha is not providing me any benefit, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that things are not working out for you. We would suggest that you take the Ashwagandha for 3 days and then stop for 3 days and continue on this pattern for a week or two. While cycling on and off on this period keep a daily journal to note down how you are feeling - this will help you confirm 100% wither it is the Ashwagandha doing this to you or some other factor in your lifestyle like your diet or other supplementation that is having this effect on you. If you are seeing extreme problems, stop the supplementation immediately and seek medical advice.

Question Q. Can I take multiple supplements together at the same time without any issues?

There are no hard and fast rules on what products “mix” well together. All we would advise is not to take all supplements at the same time of day, but spread them throughout the day. So, you may take a few in the morning and a few in the afternoon and some just before bed. We would advise you to start with one supplement at a time as if you start with multiple supplements and you have an adverse reaction you would find it difficult to identify the cause. Just play with when you take the supplements as everyone's body chemistry is different and reacts differently. Be really be mindful while on supplements to monitor how you are feeling throughout the day to really identify how your body is reacting.
