Q: What is Makes Me Healthy?

A: We are a marketplace platform for independent health & beauty brands to sell their products.


Q: How do I purchase?

A: Just add products to your cart and checkout securely using the PayPal options.


Q: How will I get updates about my purchase?

A: At every stage of the purchase you will get a email alert - when you've registered, made your payment & your delivery has been dispatched.


Q: I've made my purchase but cant find any emails?

A: Please check your spam folder, or contact us.


Q: I have a query about a product.

A: You can message the seller of the product by using the "contact vendor" button on the product page.


Q: How do I see my messages?

A: The vendor's reply will be sent to the email address of your account. To view your message history, please go to the Message Center located in the "Messages" section of the "My account" menu.


Q: I have a delivery related question.

A: In the first instance please contact the seller about any delivery issues quoting your order number.


Q: Id like to make a return.
